The local paper makes a shocking statement – a specific date and time in which someone will be killed in Miss Blacklock’s house. No one knows who or why, but normal order is thrown into chaos when the prediction not only comes true, but is compounded by another murder. Miss Marple’s fortuitous presence helps the local inspector figure out who the killer is before they can strike again.
