David Woods is a mild mannered accountant who sees a sensational way of making a fortune by writing a kiss-and-tell biography about his bitchy wife Sarah, star of the hit soap opera Doctors and Nurses. Then he has an epiphany – it will sell better if she’s dead. Using her affair with his brother as leverage, he concocts a way to bring the melodramatic actress to an end. But his plan to blackmail a South African diamond smuggler backfires, and he now has to contend with keeping her and the local detective from ending his perfect plan.
